Shipping Policy

Every Dazlino item is made to order, so each order goes through two stages: production and delivery.

Processing / production time

Because your item is printed just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During new drops, sales, or holiday peaks, production may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

• United States: approximately 4–8 business days after production.
• Canada & Europe: approximately 8–16 business days after production.
• Rest of the world: approximately 10–20 business days after production.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can affect final delivery times.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Free shipping promotions, when available, are shown on the product and cart pages.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — if the order has not entered production we can update it. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
