What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure options shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed by trusted providers.

When is my card charged?
Right after you order — because each item is made to order, payment is taken up front.

Production & shipping

How long until I get my order?
Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery takes roughly 4–8 business days in the US and 8–20 internationally. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Sizing & care

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart image on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do I care for my item?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on the print. Full care details are on each product page.

Returns

What if my item is faulty?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind — please check the size chart first.
